Yoga Postures - Asana

You don’t need to be flexible, a certain age or body type to benefit from asana practice. When you work with Sita, she will develop classes specific to your needs whether you are working with digestive issues, anxiety or a spiritual void. Each class is carefully crafted with the full intention of supporting you in healing yourself.

Gestures - Mudras

        Meditation - Dhyāna

After your intake, Sita will carefully craft your Yoga Therapy plan that will include many of the yogic tools available based on your goals and also your comfort level. If you are seeking mind/body balance, recovery from chronic and acute health issues, support with recovering from surgery or wanting to feel more strong, flexible and balanced, Sita’s Yoga Therapy program can meet you where you are and guide you up.

        Package Includes

        Private asana/meditation classes and your wellness plan. These classes are developed for you, no one class is like the other. Each class will build off the as you are ready. With Sita’s help, you will notice your progress from the beginning to the end. Hatha, Yin and Kundalini Yoga style classes are put together based on your needs.

        Price is $285 for the initial session. The subsequent package price varies on the needs of the client, frequency, and duration.
