Yoga Therapy or Ayurveda

Initial Session
$145

  • You will have one, 1 hour session with Sita where she will review your health and wellness intake form to advise yoga therapy practices. The end goal is improved quality of life, health and wellness. This is a perfect time to ask Sita how other treatments (acupunture, yoga, Ayurveda, etc) you might be using will best fit into your treatment plan tailored to your needs and ability.

  • After each initial session, clients receive an extensive treatment plan using Yoga Therapy.
