Manifestation Coaching Sessions
Manifestation coaching is simply life coaching with an energetic boost from the extraordinary power of Intuitive Energy Healing. As the coaching progresses and obstacles arise, Katy brings her direct connection to universal healing forces into the session to actively remove blocks to your progress. The combination of both coaching and healing techniques together can clear the space for you to manifest your dreams. Clients who are open to this combination often experience results much faster than with life coaching alone.
$130 per 1.25-hour session (30 minutes of intuitive healing; 45 minutes of coaching)

Intuitive Life Coaching Sessions
Intuitive Life Coaching sessions are focused on drawing out your untapped potential, calling forth your biggest self and, of course, illuminating your path. What’s the difference between Life Coaching and Intuitive Life Coaching? A life coach uses the skill of intuition to help you examine what may be going on in your life — the intuition may not be correct, it’s simply a starting place for exploration. An intuitive life coach uses her psychic abilities to give you on-the-spot readings within the coaching session that offer immediate feedback.
$95 per one hour session

Intuitive Healing Sessions
An Intuitive Healing session with The Illuminated Path offers a direct connection to the truest you and to the most powerful healing forces within you and the universe. This healing power is with us all the time — simple and beautiful. We just need to tap into it. That’s where Katy comes in.
Katy’s ultimate goal in an intuitive healing session is to help you remove the energetic blocks stored in your body and mind and support you in creating your most fulfilling life.
What You Can Expect in a Session:
There are many ways to remove blocks and, informed by her guides, the divine and your answers to a few simple questions, Katy will select the method that is the best fit for you in the moment. No matter what path is chosen, Katy will also channel the energy of Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael, St. Germain and The Great White Brotherhood on your behalf. Additionally, Katy has a close connection to many healing angels who enjoy doing their work through her. As a channel for these beautiful beings, she is able to access information about your body and your life and offer you a highly effective and Divinely inspired healing.
At the beginning of the session, you will lie on a table as Katy asks for the Divine guidance outlined above. She will also ask that the session be for your highest good. She will let you know that the spirits are present and what they are doing. You may simply relax — even fall asleep if you like! Every session is different and its important to note that it can take more than one session to achieve your desired outcome. However, even a single session can produce remarkable results.
After the spirit guidance is present, Katy will work to remove your blocks using one or more methods, including: Removal of Etheric Chords, Chakra Clearing, Kundalini Reiki and Mediumship.
The combination of spirit help and energy work ensures the healing you receive is for your highest good and always in sync with the Creator’s desired outcome.

Yoga
Your body tells your story. Your emotions, your strengths and your limitations are all held there. By shifting your body, you can literally change your story. At The Illuminated Path, you’ll use yoga as a way to compliment your growth, work through your blocks and explore your boundaries. Unlike typical yoga classes where everyone follows a predetermined sequence of postures, your specific emotional, spiritual and physical goals will determine your yoga routine — and your routine will change as you do. Postures will be chosen to enhance what you are working on now and where you want to go today.
$65 for a private session
$85 for a private session including travel 20+ miles from Towson area

Ayurvedic Wellness
Ayurveda is based on the Dosha or Mind/Body principle that all things must be in balance for there to be perfect health. However, each person’s Dosha is unique, which means the ingredients for balance vary. Knowing your Dosha type gives you access to a common-sense, yet powerful healing tool that can help you make food, exercise and personal choices that keep you well, support your whole being and allow you to live a longer life. At The Illuminated Path, we call it the 3 P’s of Ayurveda — Prevent Illness, Promote Healing, Promise Longevity. Your Ayurvedic Blueprint will help you uncover and understand your Dosha, as well as provide guidelines for keeping your mind, body and spirit in balance.
$250 (sessions are 90 to 120 minutes); cost includes at-home materials and a 30-minute follow-up phone session
